Practice Manager:  Jamie McKone

Having been with our clinic since 2002, Jamie has attended continuing education and certification at the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) in Lakewood, CO and has been an member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) since 2004.  Also an active member in the community, Jamie participates in the Springfield YPS and the NAYP.

Wellness Technician:  Julia Graham

Julia joined our team in early 2011.  A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, Julia intends to complete her education with a degree in veterinary medicine to begin in the fall of 2013.  An avid equestrian, she is invested in the health of both large and small animals and their care. Julia volunteers in the wildlife rehabilitation unit at Tufts University and aids in on-going research of the Common Loon. 

Wellness Technician:  Lisa Middlebrook

Lisa joined our team in Spring 2012, has attended UMASS, and will continue her BS in animal science at HCC .  Lisa got her start as a small animal assistant and a dairy farm hand in 2007 and became a veterinary technician in 2011.  Most recently, Lisa began volunteering in rehab at Urban Wildlife in Springfield.  Lisa also offers in-home pet sitting (not affiliated with our practice) for large and small animals.

Surgical Technician: Jacqui Rivers, CVT

Jacqui joined our team in the fall of 2012 as a Certified Veterinary Technician with 20 years of experience!  Jacqui has advanced training in surgical nursing techniques and dentistry.  In addition to her technical abilities, she is a graduate of Mount Ida College in professional pet grooming; a field where she has over 20 years of experience and practices in the area of Agawam where she resides.  Jacqui has 2 dogs and 2 cats at home, all of whom are rescues!  We are delighted to add her talents to our team.
