Practice Manager:  Jamie McKone

Having been with our clinic since 2002, Jamie has attended continuing education and certification at the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) in Lakewood, CO and has been an member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) since 2004.  Also an active member in the community, Jamie participates in the Springfield YPS and the NAYP...and the next time you are at the front desk, say hello to Ben!

Head Technician:  Cat Bowman

With over 3 years of experience in emergency and routine medicine, Cat joined our team in 2006.  She has extensive knowledge of dental and surgical procedures, radiology, and exotic pet care.  Cat has completed continuing education in Canine and Feline Dentistry, Small Animal Surgical Care and Pain Management, and has education in dietary consultation and weight management.  Her adorable dog, Bullett, completes the package!

Assistant:  Julia Graham

Julia joined our team in early 2011.  Currently attending Mount Holyoke College, Julia intends to complete her education with a degree in veterinary medicine.  An avid equestrian, she is both invested in large and small animal care and will begin training as a small animal technician with us this spring.

Assistant:  Alanna Johnson

As the newest member of our family, Alanna brings a great interest in the care and well-being of all animals and will be attending classes this winter to pursue a career in the animal care industry.  Having a horse and dogs of her own, she also offers pet-sitting and dog-walking to families here in the valley.
