It's Safe, humane, unalterable, permanent identification, offered by Family Veterinary Center, with a Nationwide, 24-hour network, maintained by the AKC.
The rice sized microchip is quickly and painlessly administered via Subcutaneous injection at the dorsal midline between the animal's shoulder blades, and the information may be read by a scanner.
