From Albany, NY and points west:
Take I-87 / New York Thruway
NEW YORK STATE TRWY becomes NEW YORK STATE TRWY/I-90 E (Portions are toll). (approximately 17.7 miles)
NEW YORK STATE TRWY/I-90 E becomes I-90 E/MASSACHUSETTS TURNPIKE (Portions toll). (approximately 45.4 miles)
Take the I-91/US-5 exit, exit number 4, towards W. SPRINGFIELD/HOLYOKE. (approximately 0.6 miles)
Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. (approximately 0.7 miles)
Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp. (approximately 0.2 miles)
Merge onto I-91 N. (approximately 10.8 miles)
Take the US-5 exit, exit number 18, towards Northampton.
Turn LEFT onto Pleasant St / Mt Tom Rd / US-5.
Go straight for 0.8 miles.
Turn LEFT onto at first intersection with a light - Main Street - Route 9 West.
Stay on Route 9, traveling through the center of Florence, passing the Brassworks in Haydenville on the left.
Family Veterinary Center will be shortly thereafter on your right.
